    Such great questions, Josh! 🙂
    1. Before I meet with a major donor, I always do a little research to see what they’re interested in. Google is your best friend and can often be enough. Wealth screeners can help you find out the organizations they support.

    2. The question I ask is ‘If you could solve one problem in the world

    Indeed…great questions, Josh! 😅

    1. Google, notes in our CRM, talking with a board member or someone else I know well who might know the donor.

    2. As odd as it sounds, my favorite question: “If you could go back today, what would you tell your 17-year-old self?” Our focus is on mentoring for high school students, so it speaks to that. But it also tells what the donor holds onto today, whether it’s certain values, the importance of relationships, career advice, etc.
