Daily Gratitude

Click the blue reply button over on the right and type today’s date and three things you’re grateful for. February 8 — Grateful for … the Tactical Thursdays community, giving days and mixtapes

February 12 – grateful for Brother Jack McDuff, tired dogs, foam rollers

February 13, 2024 – grateful for … new music from Bill McKay, a snow day for my kids, Pop-tarts

Grateful for bacon for breakfast, a husband that does laundry and my faith!

February 14 – grateful for … my wife’s smile, my son’s hugs, my daughter’s laugh. Happy Valentine’s Day!

February 15 – grateful for … my sister (she’s got a birthday today!), coffee, my son’s ‘book’ club which actually turns out to be more of an ‘authors’ club.

February 16 – grateful for … a cold morning run, new music Friday and goji berries.

2.) Lake Street Dive (the soundtrack of my work week)
3.) Golden Milk for inflammation. Turmeric, a dash of pepper for absorption, nut milk, fresh grated ginger, Dr. Bronner’s Coconut Oil, + local honey = my new favorite afternoon pick-me-up.

Today I’m grateful for locking drawers…I actually left my laptop in a locked drawer at work for the long weekend!

February 20 – grateful for … Pink Floyd, note cards, new things (Like the Monday Morning Meeting!)

February 21 – grateful for … nonprofit direct mail in my mailbox: a monthly donor recruitment letter from Roots Ethiopia, a great appeal letter from Support our Scholars, a not so great annual fund letter from the Sierra Club (too much stuff in the envelope!)

February 22 – grateful for … live music last night, Tactical Thursdays today, a trip to New Mexico next week
