Beautiful people! A Very Special TT is coming up this week. The great and knowledgeable @sarah-lundberg and I will be reviewing YOUR fundraising (appeals, e-appeals, newsletters, e-stories, etc.). And there’s no better time with Year-End right around the corner.
If you have something you’d like us to review please share it here. We’ll review Year-End appeals and emails, Giving Tuesday content, Major Gift asks, your Thank-You-Ary campaign … anything ya got.
You can attach it to a reply to this post (click reply, then click the attach icon in the bar below the text box). Or you can upload it by going to the ‘Documents’ tab in the TT group and clicking upload.

If you’re able to share the full package (appeal/newsletter, outer envelope, reply device) that would help us a lot (and help you, cuz our comments will be more relevant).

Thank you so much for this opportunity! My boss is the Chief Development Officer of our organization and he asked me to submit these Giving Tuesday emails to you for your strategic review on Tactical Thursdays. Emails 1 and 2 lead up to Email 3 which is what we plan to drop on the actual Giving Tuesday. Let me know if there’s anything else I need to do. I’m new to your group and all that you offer. I signed up a while ago but all of your organization’s emails have been going to my spam folder and I just figured this out this morning, so I apologize if anyone from your organization has reached out. Yay! I love these live review sessions! So much fun to see what my colleagues are doing and hear expert feedback. I’ve attached my GivingTuesday email series (+ a text message). There are currently a couple placeholders (e.g. $XX can do XX or placeholders for donation page links) but the copy is basically finalized (but always open to suggestions! 😉). Looking forward to joining this Thursday!!

Here is our year-end appeal. It’s already gone out but we’d love to hear suggestions for next year. Thank you for this opportunity! We used a 9″ x 6″ sized mint green envelope and hand wrote names of staff/board members who sent them above the printed return address.
