So grateful for my Foto Friday/e-appeal for lightning rods; it was out of the park—meeting the $4800 goal in less than 24hr! And I’m so thankful my son’s problem was ‘only a blood clot.’ Friendships-especially those with my Ugandan friends.

I’m grateful for understanding friends (you all included), my son and daughter-in-law celebrating their 31st anniversary today, my three granddaughters coming home from college. Plus a summery day!

Today, I’m so grateful for my daughter, who was born on this day (two months early!). She brought so much good into this world during her 44 short years. Also, her cute and funny dog, who has been mine for almost nine years, and the delivery of my favorite Ugandan coffee.
