September 20…. I’m grateful for almost Fall weather, the warm sunshine mixed with slightly cooler air on my face; for kids recovering quickly from back-to-school viruses; for taking advantage of a brief moment to stop and breathe deeply in and out, in and out.

Ok I’m going to try and make this a habit too… I’m grateful for: the sound of rain on my wooden roof after a sunny week; the gentle snores from my cat, Ron, snoozing in his bed next to me; slightly sore muscles from a good workout yesterday.
