| Who I am |
I am the Executive Director at Music in the Mountains, where, since joining in 2018, I have led a turnaround of the organization and increased its average annual foundation and government grant giving by nearly 400%. Together with a team of staff and board members we have increased business sponsorships by 14% and individual giving by 18%. I am the recipient of the Association of California Symphony Orchestras’(ACSO) 2022 Executive Leadership Award. A 2022 graduate of the League of American Orchestras “Essentials of Orchestra Management” program at The Juilliard School in New York City, and the Center for Nonprofit Leadership’s Executive Director Academy. In 2024, I attended a Farmhouse Intensive with The Better Fundraising Company and Work Less Raise More. I am also a board member of The Association of California Symphony Orchestras, where I sereve one on the development and annual conference committees.
I live in Northern California with my husband, 2 cats & 3 dogs. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, and spending time with my family.
