  Alright folks, the Weekly Challenge is BACK.

  This week, we’re going to work on creating a fundraising email (e-appeal in the lingo I use) around a specific need in your organization.

  To make it even MORE interesting, I’ve trained an AI chat-bot to help you get a darn good first draft pretty quickly.

  Here’s how things will work.

  First, you’ll take a quick lesson with Steven Screen about identifying the best needs for your organization. Needs are the basis of a good fundraising offer. There are a few different kinds of needs, and in the video, Steven will talk about the 4 kinds of needs and show you a few ways to figure out what need you’ll focus on.

  After you watch the video, do the exercises Steven recommends and identify a good need that’ll be at the center of your fundraising email.

  Second, we’ll get together on Wednesday (May 22) at 3:30 pm ET, 12:30 pm ET on Zooooom (link forthcoming). I’ll show you the chatbot I trained and give you access to it. If you’re unable to join live, don’t worry – I’ll post a link to the video in this group and a link to the chatbot.

  Third, you can post your e-appeal in the group and get feedback from the community.

  Fourth, you’ll send the e-appeal and raise some money!
